Pulitzer Prize Winners

The Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, awarded annually since 1948 by Columbia University, is the most prestigious literary prize in the United States. It has recognised some of the most significant works of American literature: The Grapes of Wrath, To Kill a Mockingbird, Beloved, The Road, and A Visit from the Goon Squad. The Prize is awarded by a board of distinguished journalists, writers, and academics, and its winners consistently shape the American literary conversation for the year of their award and far beyond.
